Clevis Pin for E90 Brake Booster Adaption

When converting your brake booster to an E90's assembly, you will face some challenges. We're here to help! A custom Clevis Pin to conform the the wider clevis on the E90's booster is needed. This pin will fit into the stock location where it meets the E30's pedal. However, in some cases the booster needs a slight relocation to clear - which warrants a relocation to the mating point on the pedal also. In our case, the S54 was installed and the booster was moved over to the driver side a tad bit, as well as downward. The assembly photo to the left showcases a new mounting point that was necessary in our case. Essentially, if your 24-valve has individual throttle bodies the clearance demand will be higher.
